These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services provided by IQX™ Advisory Group (“IQX™,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing using our services—including the IQX Audit™, Blueprint™, Launch Protocol™, or Licensing—you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To access and use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, intake, or consultation

3. Services Provided

IQX™ offers business system development for credentialed professionals. This includes:

The IQX Audit™ (diagnostic assessment)
The IQX Blueprint™ (strategic architecture)
The IQX Launch Protocol™ (implementation infrastructure)
IQX Certified Architect™ Licensing
Access to the IQX Vault™ (premium tools and templates)

These services are educational and strategic in nature. They are not legal, tax, psychological, or medical advice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, templates, materials, and branding on this website or delivered through IQX™ services are the exclusive intellectual property of IQX™ Advisory Group. This includes, but is not limited to:

Frameworks, diagrams, and deliverables
The IQX Index™, Blueprint™, Vault™, and Launch Protocol™
Visual design, branding elements, and written copy

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sublicense, or repurpose any part of the IQX™ system without written permission.

5. Payment Terms

All services—including the IQX Audit™, Blueprint™, and Launch Protocol™—are paid in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time
Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, PayPal, or another authorized third-party processor
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges as presented

6. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with IQX™, you agree to:

Participate actively and honestly in assessments, intake forms, and any required calls
Use the IQX™ system only for lawful, ethical purposes
Respect the confidentiality of proprietary tools, methods, and materials
Not misrepresent yourself or your intentions

Failure to comply may result in termination of service without refund or future access.

7. Confidentiality

We take client confidentiality seriously. Any information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to disclose, republish, or share any proprietary IQX™ systems or strategies with third parties without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQX™ shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services
Your business results or income outcomes
Technical delays or failures outside of our control

All use of our platform is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone at our discretion if Terms are violated or misconduct is observed.

You may discontinue your use of IQX™ services at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed unless specified in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any legal claims shall be filed in the courts located within St. Louis County, Minnesota.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
